about

A platform that’s designed to nurture your potential.

Last year, more than 400 women technologists came together at Target Elevate 2020 to become global influencers and change makers, learn from each other and find their own exclusive network of support. In 2021, we’re dialing things up a notch to bring even more meaning to your leadership journey with a virtual conference that’s personalized to you, and a platform to continue your journey throughout the year through a variety of engagements.

The Beginning

A flagship conference created by Target India Corporation Pvt. Ltd, Target Elevate was the result of asking ourselves a simple question: Why are there so few women in technology?

Several conversations later, we identified the need for a dedicated platform for women in technology to come together and be the change makers they aspired to be. Target Elevate is designed to be one such platform. It helps women excel at what they do, empowers them with the skills to push the boundaries of what’s possible, learn from each other and form a support system to co-create and co-succeed.

Target Elevate 2021 – all about you

Focus on self-growth and share insights from your experiences. Learn new technical and leadership skills to achieve new levels of personal mastery. Find fresh perspectives from global technology leaders on navigating your career. And discover innovative ways to disrupt thinking and excel at what you do.

The topics and speakers at Target Elevate 2021 will give you a professional edge and help you grow personally. Some of technology’s best minds, women leaders and global change makers will be at the virtual event to elevate, mentor, inspire and empower you.

The platform will stay active throughout the year, with workshops, mentoring sessions, leader connects and one-on-one time with the best minds in technology. We’re putting the power in your hands to participate in the events that are relevant to you, so you can build meaningful relationships and connections that go well beyond the conference and help you on your leadership journey.

So, ready to create your own inner circle of women in technology to grow with? Let’s begin!

what to expect

You don’t need to spend all day and all week attending Target Elevate 2021. Instead, the conference is bringing even more meaning to you by giving you control over how you want to experience the sessions. Just 10 minutes or a maximum of two and a half hours through the week – you choose the amount of time you want to spend networking, learning and investing on your professional growth at the virtual conference.

Breakfast sessions
Start your work day with the breakfast session, an hour of Live interactive, closed-group conversations with global thought leaders. You can choose to register for any one of the three breakfast sessions during the conference through the Target Elevate App.

Self-paced learning
Each speaker session is just 10 minutes long and will be available as recordings, so you have the advantage of learning from them as and when you like – during coffee breaks, between meetings or before winding up for the day.

Masterclasses
Step up your leadership game by spending just 45 minutes a day learning from disruptive global thinkers and interacting with them for a Live Q&A. You can choose to register for any one masterclass during the week through the Target Elevate App.

So, we encourage you to pick your favorite spot at home, get on video to have a conversation with our speakers and even better, bring in your family for the grand finale. Rest assured, it won’t just be time well-spent – it will also be time well-invested.
